Ball-catch Design

Rapid Disassemble without Screws or Tools

Unlike typical screw-on mechanical keyboards, the M1 V5 Series features a ball catch to secure the case and adjustable load force that can be modified by tightening screws during installation for enhanced safety and stability.

Note: Before dissemble the top cover, please use the included key puller to pull out the knob.

Built-in 10,000mAh Battery

Equipped with a powerful 10,000mAh battery, this keyboard ensures extended periods of uninterrupted typing, gaming, or productivity, minimizing the need for frequent recharging.

RGB Backlit

M1 V5 provides around 16 preset backlighting effects and customization through MonsGeek Driver, with brightness and speed control.

5-Pin Hot-swappable

M1 V5 features premium 5-pin hot-swap sockets, making it easy to install and swap both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches. The IXPE switch pad covers the two additional pin holes, so they may not be visible, but 5-pin switches can still be inserted directly through the pad.

Programable Knob

This modification stems from user input and feedback. M1 V5 Series includes a fresh encoder and a floating design to prevent scratches on the case, as indicated in the earlier model.

Easily control the volume and lighting and program to other funtions.

Top: Mac Wireless Mode (built-in power supply on)
Middle: Default Windows Wired Mode (built-in power supply off)
Bottom: Windows Wireless Mode (built-in power supply on)

PORON Plate Foam

MonsGeek M1 V5 DIY Kit is equipped with PORON plate foam, effectively reducing the noise generated by key switches, ensuring a purer and more comfortable tactile sound experience for the keyboard.

Polycarbonate Plate

MonsGeek M1 V5 DIY Kit utilizes a transparent PC plate to offer flexibility surpassing that of metal, while also reducing low-frequency resonance.
