What is your return policy?

Some products, such as power banks and cables, have a 18-month warranty and are eligible for a replacement if they are defective.

What is your warranty policy?

How do I make a warranty claim?

Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
